Sahler ships via UPS to street addresses within the contiguous United States.

Back Orders:

We stock many of the items listed in this site. Any item not available for immediate shipment will be back ordered. Please advise us if you do not wish to accept or pay for a partial shipment.

Claims and Returns:

1. All returns must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
2. No collect or COD returns.
3. No returns without a valid return authorization number (RMA NUMBER) issued by Sahler.
4. All returns must be in resalable condition. We do not accept worn or damaged products from customer.
5. Items returned due to customer error may be subjected to a 20% restocking charge.
6. "Special Ordered Items" and "Made to Order" items are non-returnable.
7. Defective merchandise will be replaced if it is returned within 30 days of receipt and accompanied with a copy of the invoice. This warranty does not apply to items which have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, accident or modification or which have been altered in any way. In no event shall our liability exceed the buyer's purchase price.
8. No refunds on shipping charges on returns.
